Why do I not see trades in my account?

If you deposited funds and you have not seen any trades in your account, that is because there may be trades open and the fund will not be reapportioned until all current trades are closed and your effective % is adjusted to include your funds.  For some people this can take up to 6-8 weeks before you see trades.

 

Efforts have been made to reduce this time.

 

From time to time, we make term trades and it would be unfair to existing clients to close out trades in the middle of trading especially if there are negative trades before turning positive unless you are willing to share in the drawdown.  It is a courtesy that we try to provide to all of our clients and we would hope you would understand if you were an existing client and someone joined the fund that you would not want us to close out trades whether positive or negative.

 

In addition, reapportioning trades creates all sorts of headaches and unnecessary transactions in accounts and in the trading platform.
